ANTIQUE VINTAGE DOLL COLLECTION.. VERY OLD...they were found in my grandma s bungalow.. Hi I have something quite different on my site today..a huge collection of Very Old Vintage Dolls...in all shapes, sizes,colour..some in good condition...some medium condition and some in need of repair.... I am not sure how old these dolls would be however they were sitting in a very very old cot...and as my grandma was over 90years I would suggest very old.... THERE IS A GREAT COLLECTION HERE INCLUDING A DOLL WHICH I HAD WHEN I WAS 4YEARS OLD I am now 40years old...IT WAS CALLED A CINDY DOLL.... YOU CAN OBVIOUSLY SEE FROM THE PHOTO S THESE DOLLS ARE OLD..AS THERE CLOTHES ARE SOME WHAT VINTAGE AND LET ME TELL YOU - THEY DONT MAKE DOLLS EYES LOOK SO LIFE LIKE ANYMORE, GORGEOUS LASHES AND ROSY CHEEKS... I am not going to list or go into too much detail as there would be over 20dolls and i just dont have the time...I am more then happy for you to view these dolls and happy to send thru any more photo s - ***You may wonder why I dont keep these for sentimental reasons and of course the money they would or could be worth...*** and yes I have considered it but I would love these dolls to be owned by someone who can really appreciate there age and value... THE TEDDY BEARThe fine mohair that is typical for Steiff has been combined with the finest raw silk for our Teddy bear, giving him a unique sheen. In addition to this, glittering threads of gold have been hand-knotted into his soft fur coat. If you look into Teddy bear s eyes, you may get the impression that you are falling into a sky full of stars. Set in 750/000 (18 karat) yellow gold, the pupils of his eyes are made of two sapphire cabochons, each approximately 11 mm in diameter and around 6 karat, surrounded by twenty 0.025 karat diamonds. The Teddy bear s nose and mouth have been worked in pure 24 karat gold - like his anniversary medallion and the genuine Steiff Button in Ear . LOVING ATTENTION TO DETAIL GOES WITHOUT SAYING AT STEIFF.
