This auction is for limited edition GERTIE THE LADY OF BAG from the Denizens of Honey Hills Collection. A limited edition of 3000. I just LOVE this collection that includes 4 other bears and they are the one collection of Deb s bears that I ll never part with. Being made from sparse mohair, the holes in their paw pads, the cloth patch over their hearts, they just touch me. Well I found that I an extra Gertie in my collection, so I thought I would put her on eBay and see if we could find her a new home. She s in mint condition with tag from Deb Canham Artist Designs, Inc. AND HER TAG HAS BEEN PERSONALLY SIGNED BY DEB HERSELF! Carefully displayed, but never played with in my smoke-free. I m selling some of my collection of Deb Canham and other artist bears, so please check my other auctions. I have more pictures available. THE TEDDY BEARThe fine mohair that is typical for Steiff has been combined with the finest raw silk for our Teddy bear, giving him a unique sheen. In addition to this, glittering threads of gold have been hand-knotted into his soft fur coat. If you look into Teddy bear s eyes, you may get the impression that you are falling into a sky full of stars. Set in 750/000 (18 karat) yellow gold, the pupils of his eyes are made of two sapphire cabochons, each approximately 11 mm in diameter and around 6 karat, surrounded by twenty 0.025 karat diamonds. The Teddy bear s nose and mouth have been worked in pure 24 karat gold - like his anniversary medallion and the genuine Steiff Button in Ear . LOVING ATTENTION TO DETAIL GOES WITHOUT SAYING AT STEIFF. BUT NEVER WERE THESE DETAILS SO PRECIOUS. sapphire eyes (total approx. 12 karat) set in 750/000 yellow gold (18 karat) and surrounded by 40 diamonds (total approx. 1 karat). His nose has been worked in pure gold and he has a 24 karat gold Button in Ear . The Elephant! THE LITTLE ELEPHANT ELEFÄNTLE Made of pure wool felt, the little elephant is wearing an intricately decorated saddlecloth with a total of 47 (1.00 karat) diamonds making up the border and the A.S. monogram.
